Member Education
Member education is critical for the success and sustainability of Savings and Credit Cooperative Organizations (SACCOs). Sacco Rental Apartments Project Nears Completion
The highly anticipated Sacco Rental Apartments Project is nearing completion, with interior work currently underway. The initiative, driven by member contributions, is set to offer lucrative returns upon finalization. Project leaders express their gratitude to all members who have contributed thus far and encourage increased participation to fully maximize the investment potential. By working together, members can foster a culture of investment, ensuring the long-term success of the project and future endeavors. Ndovoini Scheme: Phase IV Plots Available for Sale
All phase I, phase II and phase III Ndovoini plots have been sold out. The few Phase IV plots left are still open for purchase at Kshs. 500,000.00 per plot. Prospective buyers can secure a plot by contacting us or visiting the office for more information. A deposit of Kshs. 250,000 is required, with the remaining balance payable over twelve months.
